Made a reservation 6 days prior to arrival and was turned away because they didn't have a record of my reservation. Two weeks later I get a charge on my credit card for one nights stay. Funny how they didn't have a record of my reservation, but they had my charge card information to bill me for a night. They did credit me after I had to gather information and fax it to them.
